She began her day’s programme with a visit to the Transit Camp at East of Kailash, DDA flats Garhi and padayatra at Govindpuri.
She also addressed corner meetings at the Govindpuri and Kalkaji markets.
The residents of the area came out of their homes to pledge their votes to the Congress.
Shivani Chopra also addressed exclusive gatherings of women. Several women also joined her padayatras.
At the corner meetings, Shivani Chopra emphasized the fact she was the daughter of the area and is very familiar with the problems of the Kalkaji constituency.
She promised the residents of her constituency that she will be there with them for the development of the area and to ensure the well-being of the people.
Shivani Chopra appealed to the people of Kalkaji that for the development of the area, it was essential to bring back Congress to power in Delhi.
She appealed to the voters to press the “Hand” button to cast their votes to her as the candidates of other parties were ‘outsiders’ who have no concern either for the welfare of the people of Kaljaji or for the development of the area.
